Home Remedy For Lower Back Pain-Back pain can be a problem all the time. You can hurt your back while exercising because of a car accident or a domestic accident. The aging process can also cause havoc on the back. You may need to seek help from your doctor on one or more things, but there are some things you can do at home in the short term.
Take a rest
If you injured your back in the fall at home, sports injuries or car accidents, you should rest your back. The discs on the back may be badly damaged, but you can get dramatic relief if you rest on your stomach for 24 to 48 hours. This is very difficult, especially if you have a family and there are demands on your time. Stay away from your feet as much as possible and involve a friend, family member or spouse to help you. Rest can give dramatic results.
Ice and heat for your injury
Home Remedy For Lower Back Pain-While resting your back, you must use ice in the lower area of the injured person. Use ice packs for approximately 15 minutes every two hours. If the pain is severe, do it every hour. Ice is sufficient during the first 24 hours after the injury. After a day of burns, use thermal pads on the wound for 15 minutes every two hours. This is good to stimulate blood flow to the area.
Take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to help you deal with the pain. It is an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as ibuprofen, paracetamol, and naproxen, which will provide relief from discomfort and pain. However, if an over-the-counter solution does not help, you need to see your doctor to get something stronger.
After a few days of rest, you can do light exercises to strengthen your back. Start with a stretch that will bring flexibility to the area. One of the most effective stretches is the lumbar bridge. Lying on your back on the floor with your arms extended.
Press down with your hands and lift your hips and buttocks off the floor for a matter of two seconds. Return to the starting position. Do this 10 times, rest 30 seconds and repeat the set. Stop this and all the exercises if you feel sick.

If your back injury is not serious, you can help yourself by breaking your feet and resting. Try ice initially and then mix some heat. Take over-the-counter pain relievers if you need them. However, if the pain is severe and you also feel that pain is reflected in one of your legs, you should see a doctor to help you with your injuries.
